JSC “Gaisvė” (hereinafter - Data Controller), implementing April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation") and complying with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").
